Our company was founded by Mr. Werner Dietrich Sr. in 1972 under the name "Dietrich & Söhne".

What first began as a specialist butcher's firm with party service developed more and more into a recognised catering company that has played host to major, big-name events in Düsseldorf.

Starting with family festivities and company presentations right down to catering completely for the former Rheinstadion stadium in Düsseldorf and international tennis tournaments there at the Rochusclub. Everything was possible. Still is.

In 2002, Mr. Werner Dietrich Sr. left the operative area to go into well-earned retirement. His son Mr. Werner Dietrich Jr. consequently took over the business on 1.1.2003.

Dietrich & Söhne changed their name. Today, Auszeit Catering GmbH presents itself as a young, innovative company with many years of experience and expertise.

Managing Director Werner Dietrich Jr. is responsible for looking after the interests of an expanding catering company.

The name Auszeit ("time out") reflects the essence of the company's philosophy. We see ourselves as a service provider with the demanding requirement of serving our guests and customers well so they can allow themselves some time out in complete relaxation.

Through the quality requirements we set ourselves, with competence, reliability, flexibility and friendliness as well as precisely planned organisation and suitable realisation, our aim is to make a success of the event.

On top of that, Auszeit Catering GmbH offers further possibilities where the customer is king.
